    This is the beginning..what to expect!?

    This is not a diet we are beginning, it's a lifestyle. We have and are learning how to eat for life. Also how to move our bodies for wellness! We have set short-term and long-term goals for ourselves as well as a team!! We keep each other motivated, and know that all of this hard work is going to be sooooo worth it in the end. We have great plans to travel and know it will be much easier with less "baggage". Plus we want to  have ONE chin by 2009!
     
     
    Bev: 62 yrs old and 5'9
    beginnging weight starting weight watchers (Oct. 07)-
    232.8 lbs
     
    current weight-
    212 lbs
     
    current weightloss-
    20.8 lbs
     
    short-term goal-
    to get her 10% weightloss goal at weight watchers! ONLY 3 LBS TO GO!!!
     
    long term goal-
    to weigh roughly 165 lbs, a total weightloss of 67 lbs!

    to get to my 10% weightloss goal: ONLY 17  LBS TO GO!
     
    long-term goal-
    to weigh roughly 160 lbs, a total weightloss of 132 lbs! 
     
     
     
     
    Team Goal:
     
    *To keep each other motivated
    * To become even better friends
    * To loose a combined weightloss of 199 lbs!!!!!
    *To travel and be comfortable in our bathing suits by 2009!
     
     
     
    Excercise Plans:6 days a week
    * Walks outside, 30-60 mins
    * Shapely Secrets Video, 7 min work-out
    * Pilates ball Videos, 15 mins
    * Free weights
